PAYMENT METHODS
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
A customer account allows you to use prepaid balance to pay for Nida Web Services. In practice, you purchase credit that can later be used for Nida Web Services products and features. Prepayments can be viewed and managed in the billing section of the control panel.
PAYMENT BY INVOICE / BANK TRANSFER
Invoice : We offer Finnish companies and organizations the possibility to pay orders by invoice afterwards. Place your order normally on our website and then contact us via the support request form above or by email at: laskutus@nida.fi. In your message, include your customer ID (email address), order details, and contact and billing information.
We will activate the service immediately, and the invoice will be sent later to the billing address you provided.
We reserve the right to check the customer's credit information when paying by invoice.
Bank Transfer : When paying by bank transfer, the payment is usually registered within 1–3 banking days depending on the payer’s bank. Banking days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. When paying by bank transfer, remember to include your domain name (your email address) in the message field. Funds paid via bank transfer will be credited to your customer account within one business day after the payment appears in our account.

In addition to card payment buttons, the invoice can also be paid via bank transfer using the bank account and invoice number indicated on the invoice.
Invoice history can be viewed on our customer pages, and invoices can be printed as PDF files for accounting purposes.
CARD PAYMENT
We accept payments via Paytrail. Card payments are smooth and secure, and payments are verified using the card companies’ authentication methods. Our service supports the most common card payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, without the need to create a Paytrail account.
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the Nida Verkkopalvelu
